Snake Way, Trashy
Snake Way, Trashy
As much of an amine fan that I am I still try to remember and incorporate blackness into my work in some way shape or form. Although i feel this character doesn’t belong to any nationality or ethnic group I still use darker tones and brown skin as that is what i identify with.
With that being said Blackness is to be understood.
I’m still aware and keep yourself aware of real time events and the state of the world. Seeing how we black people and people of color are being killed at an alarming rate. I wanted to shed som light throught the dark times.
The contrast of the body represents that as the freedom of jumping through the bright pink forever dusk of this world. I chose Snake way from DBZ as a representation of heaven. The arizona can to represent Treyvon Martin and the continued struggle we see everyday
